Presentations regarding the collaborative project have occurred at these conferences:

• FCRAR – Florida Conference on Recent Advances in Robotics
• NDEO – National Dance Education Organization Conference
• LEAD – Leadership Education in Arts and Disability Conference

• FAHPERDS – Florida Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation Dance and Sports
• ICADI – International Conference on Aging, Disability and Independence
• ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Summer Bioengineering Conference - a poster presentation on the prototype chair design was given at this conference in June 2008.

A culminating performance occurred at the USF Spring Dance Concert ‘08, in which the prototype chair and other devices were showcased by USF dance majors, choreographed by Merry Lynn Morris.
